GENERAL OBJECTIVES

To introduce learners to basic mathematical skills to enable them tackle everyday mathematical problems.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course unit the learners should be able to:-

i)                    Explain the concept of Sets and numbers.

ii)                  Solve matrix problems

iii)                Apply surds, logarithms, series, binomials, permutations and combinations in business.
